For further researches and developments of individual components as well as complete systems, we have extensive simulation and computing services provided in the areas of flow analysis, strength analysis and process optimization. In parallel, the developments are advanced on project-related test benches by means of real tests, the results from the simulation processes will also be validated.

The core topic of all projects is the micro gas turbine, which we transform into the energy converter of tomorrow with its technological advantages. It is identified by the highest degree of burnout with the lowest exhaust gas emissions, outstanding economy through permanent combustion (partial zero emission), and optimal integration into existing process applications.

Euro-K has extensive experience in the design and optimization of combustion technology. In order to meet the increasing requirements for environmental compatibility on the part of the legislator, we have been pushing the efficiency increase of combustion systems as a sub-process of the micro gas turbine for years. To achieve these goals, we rely on innovative burner concepts and manufacturing processes to continuously improve product performance. By using novel manufacturing processes such as additive manufacturing and our own recuperator concepts, the system efficiency is further increased.
